Your submitted documents (business permit, ID, and store photo) will be used only to verify your shop and will not be shared outside OrmoCar.
2. Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate information about your shop.
- You must fulfill orders placed by buyers unless there are valid reasons.
- You are responsible for ensuring the quality of products you sell.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
When using GCash, you agree to process buyer refunds when required under OrmoCar’s refund rules.
4. Privacy Policy
Your personal information (name, contact, address, documents) will be stored securely and used only for:
- Verifying your seller account
- Displaying shop information to buyers
- Contacting you regarding transactions or account issues
5. Map Location
Your store’s map pin will be set manually by the admin to ensure accuracy for buyers.
6. Agreement
By registering, you agree to comply with OrmoCar Seller Guidelines and all marketplace policies.
